As of August 1st 2009, us citizen airline crew members on duty for their companies no longer need any visas to operate in France or in transit by France.

No more visa application of this type will be taken by the French General Consulate in Washington, DC and crew members that would already have made any appointments in the next weeks on this purpose are kindly requested to cancel them to leave these slots to other applicants.
